Key Responsibilities

  • •Review client compensation and survey input to identify questionable data.
  • •Verify the accuracy and validity of submitted data by interfacing extensively with clients to resolve issues.
  • •Respond to client requests for compensation and survey data and interpretation.
  • •Assist in producing compensation and survey reports, including review, design, and modification for client use.
  • •Conduct client training webinars, maintain stakeholder relations through proactive communications, and support ad-hoc projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics (other majors considered).
  • •1 to 4 years of human resources, research, data analysis, or related industry experience; fresh graduates with strong academics are encouraged.
  • •Ability to work independently in a data operations role and interact with internal and external constituents.
  • •Strong organization, detail orientation, ability to multi-task, and ability to prioritize large volumes of data.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel (macros a plus), plus strong communication skills.
