Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and continuously improve test execution to ensure transparency and efficiency of the QA process
  • •Identify positive and negative test conditions from user stories, backlog items, and technical documentation
  • •Execute test cases, document results, track bugs, and report progress to stakeholders
  • •Collaborate with Business Analysts, stakeholders, architects, project management, third-party service providers, and developers/product owners to ensure quality across releases
  • •Support other QA analysts across different projects as needed

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in software testing
  • •Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC and main testing types and techniques
  • •Experience with functional, regression, integration, and UI/UX testing
  • •Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Microsoft ADO, Jira, or Zephyr
  • •Experience working with databases (SQL)
