Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret internal/external business issues in the subcontracts discipline and recommend best practices for complex subcontract problems.
  • •Evaluate and recommend proposals by analyzing rates, cost structures, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules.
  • •Administer subcontract functions for projects and bids, including developing subcontracting processes and procedures.
  • •Guide and communicate contracting policies and procedures to project requestors and site leadership; review standard subcontracts for policy compliance before execution.
  • •Prepare and present subcontract management presentations and reports, support issue resolution, and assist with subcontractor performance review and closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant discipline.
  • •8-12 years of relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 6 years of Subcontracts experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of subcontract policies and processes, including the ability to develop, negotiate, and administer complex subcontracts.
  • •Experience with the bid process and bid evaluations.
