Key Responsibilities

  • •Train new ready-mix drivers on essential duties and responsibilities, maintaining documented training records.
  • •Maintain equipment in a safe and clean condition; perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer.
  • •Drive to job sites for unloading and clean the truck after delivery to prevent material buildup.
  • •Review driver safety scores and video events, providing documented coaching; keep current with FMCSA regulations.
