Job Summary

Own the Truist Wealth platform product for advisor and teammate-facing capabilities such as account opening, e-sign, workflows, and related tools. Define product strategy, analyze solutions, and drive implementation to meet operational efficiency, risk management, client/advisor experience, and asset and revenue goals. Lead business analysis and project management, partner with vendors and technology/CRM teams on requirements and integrations, oversee change management and testing, and ensure operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

•Lead business analysis and project management to drive product strategy, continual improvement, and expanded utilization.
•Coordinate with subject matter experts, business leaders, and operational teams to define strategic and tactical advisor and teammate needs, enhancements, and priorities.
•Partner with vendor partners and Truist technology/CRM teams to define system requirements, solutions, integrations, and connectivity.
•Develop and oversee product change management and ensure teammates are properly trained; coordinate testing and implementation activities.
•Ensure operational effectiveness by managing vendor relationships, issues/task lists, documentation, SLAs, reporting, and ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
