Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and compile data from various sources to analyze and derive insights.
  • •Use statistical analysis and data management tools (e.g., Power BI, ArcGIS, SQL, and statistical software) to identify patterns and provide insights.
  • •Manage data visibility, accuracy, and transparency, and advise data providers on data quality issues.
  • •Develop dashboards and multi-faceted reports with recommendations, and present findings in clear formats for clients.
  • •Create client pitch materials and prepare transition materials so clients can independently operate tools developed for them.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years’ experience working as a Data Analyst.
  • •Strong analytic and numeracy skills to interpret and present data in different representations.
  • •Experience across data analytics projects end-to-end (from launch through ongoing operation of data, analytics, and reporting).
  • •Strong capabilities with Excel (including the ability to write macros for automated dashboards/graphs/tables) and Power BI.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, and to apply data analytics to support workplace/estate strategy decisions.
