Seeking a founder-wired communications lead to shape Imprint’s public presence, turning strategy into narrative across media, investor moments, and executive positioning. Collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership to craft a long-term communications program, own the narrative engine, build executive profiles, and run press with a bias toward tangible impact and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the narrative engine. Turn our positioning into bylines, posts, decks, talking points, and the occasional category-defining manifesto under the CEO's name.
•Build founder and executive profiles. Get our CEO and a few leaders in front of the right audiences: podcasts, stages, the lists worth being on, and a steady drumbeat on social that sounds like a person.
•Manufacture moments. An investor day. A product reveal. A launch with a partner everyone recognizes. You'll help conceive these and run them end to end so they land.
•Start a media franchise. Recurring, reportable output, original data and charts journalists pull from on a schedule.
•Run press yourself. Build real relationships with reporters covering fintech, payments, retail, and AI, and pitch them stories worth their time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in PR, comms, content, or brand, with in-house or agency leadership experience
•Excellent writing ability across registers, including founder-level messaging and investor-facing materials
•Strong media relations skills and a track record of securing coverage in fintech, payments, retail, and AI press
•Ability to ship quickly in ambiguous environments with a bias to action
•Comfort with executive-level storytelling and building a media franchise that produces repeatable, data-driven outputs
