File Handler Litigated Credit Hire

Investigate litigated credit hire claims and manage a caseload through to court conclusion. You’ll review and analyze files, conduct legal research, and formulate case strategy for Team Leader approval. Handle telephone negotiations with third-party solicitors, coordinate with insured parties and insurers, maintain task lists in the case management system, and complete MI and billing. Support court-process tasks including drafting defenses and CPR questionnaires.
