Onsite FNP Instructor, Learning Lab - Indianapolis, IN - Part Time

Facilitate student learning and performance assessments in on-site Clinical Learning Labs, using both traditional nursing skills and high-fidelity simulation. Serve as a clinical subject-matter expert and role model while evaluating clinical learning with evidence-based tools, delivering constructive feedback, and supporting students through clinical judgment and the nursing process. Coordinate with lab faculty and supervisors on referrals, onboarding of new instructors and technicians, and lab operations to maintain safe, efficient learning.
