Manager, Payment Operations & Wire Services

Oversee and improve wire operations with a focus on international wire processing and instant payments. Manage daily processing for wire transfer and international business units, ensure compliance with AML and KYC requirements, and reduce wire-transfer risk. Drive process improvements using best practices and technology, resolve complex transfer issues, and manage correspondent-bank relationships. Lead and mentor a team, report performance metrics to senior management, and support budgeting and vendor integrations.
