Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements and forecast issues for on-site installation and repairs.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use software/technology, hand tools, and blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability by recording use, wear, and asset conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience.

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
