Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and ensure compliance with all import and export regulations, including customs requirements and international trade laws.
  • •Lead the implementation and management of Special Duty Incentive Programs and Free Trade Agreements to optimize operational efficiency and cost savings.
  • •Develop, execute, and monitor special projects related to trade compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • •Manage and mentor a team of trade compliance professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • •Conduct internal audits, prepare reports, and liaise with government authorities to resolve compliance issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in trade compliance, import/export operations, and international business.
  • •Post-graduate degree in International Business or a law degree.
  • •Proven track record of managing special projects and incentive programs in a global environment.
