•Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across functions, levels, and hiring categories.

•Source candidates through multiple channels and build a pipeline of active and passive candidates.

•Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and database search methods.
•Working knowledge of recruitment systems, applicant tracking tools, and hiring dashboards.
