Job Summary

Participate in a comprehensive onboarding and education program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred, and Sales & Operations Management to prepare for a Financial Center Manager role. Develop consultative selling skills, deepen consumer and small business customer relationships through Financial Needs Assessments, learn integrated book-of-business strategy, and support team development to reinforce Core Values and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one through program completion, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
•Build strong consumer and small business customer relationships by delivering a memorable customer experience.
•Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use a consultative sales process to identify customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Learn to source, develop, coach, and lead a team, and contribute to a One Bank culture and community activities.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to execute and coach sales activities successfully.
•Ability to follow ethical conduct requirements; position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at time of employment.
