Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate client banking transactions while delivering a consistently high-touch service experience. Educate clients on digital self-service tools like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support the branch team’s sales process through outbound outreach and by identifying client needs and opportunities, including Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Maintain proper handling of funds, follow internal controls and risk policies, and support new account openings and problem resolution.

•Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to enhance their service experience.
•Support the team sales process via outbound calls, checking for client offers, identifying client needs/opportunities, and referring to appropriate team members or specialists.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to clients’ unique needs.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent education.
•Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
•Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

•Ability to master PC keyboard/software skills and work with branch automation; demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
