Job Summary

Lead customer-facing solution engineering for Freshworks’ Enterprise GTM in North America. Partner with enterprise customers to understand critical business challenges, run discovery and requirement gathering, and deliver compelling product demonstrations for active deals. Translate customer needs into clear presentations of Freshworks’ ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/ESM value across diverse audiences, while continuously improving your skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

•Preferably a Bachelor’s degree and experience selling SaaS to SLED/Manufacturing customers or ITSM platforms.
