•Meet and/or exceed sales goals in assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan.
•Demonstrate subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information for Encaleret.
•Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
•Analyze sales and targeting data to identify opportunities for growth or issues in the territory.
•Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8-10 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology
•BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required
•Product/indication launch experience and track record of launching new products/indications
•Strong leadership, planning and organization, analytics, business acumen, decision making and problem-solving skills
•Ability to prioritize and execute on plan
