Job Summary

Own new kitchen client acquisition and grow existing accounts for foodpanda. Research and qualify sales opportunities, build account plans, and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive monthly and quarterly targets. Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, finance, legal, product, and customer success to deliver seamless vendor experiences. Present proposals, monitor market and competitor trends, and manage KPIs and month-end/year-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Research, identify, and evaluate sales opportunities; generate leads and classify targets.
•Collaborate with local and regional foodpanda teams to execute market strategy and identify growth opportunities for Kitchens.
•Manage acquisition targets for new Kitchens' clients and drive growth of the existing client portfolio.
•Develop and implement account plans with strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve company growth targets.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor complaints and resolve issues, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless vendor experience.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
•3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
•Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
