Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full life cycle of orders from entry to delivery for domestic and international orders, collaborating with Supply Chain to reduce shortages and late deliveries.
  • •Address customer shortages by identifying root causes and presenting recovery options; partner with Transportation for timely updates and truck utilization goals.
  • •Ensure adherence to order management policies (lead times, minimums, cut-off times) and maintain accurate Customer Master Data.
  • •Develop trusting customer relationships via clear, timely communication; handle high volumes of requests and resolve issues promptly.
  • •Promote strategic account growth by increasing order size and direct plant shipments, representing customer interests across departments and defusing high-pressure situations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
  • •Company will consider a currently enrolled college student with an anticipated graduation date by end of current semester.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities every day.
  • •Ability to work evenings and weekends, when required.
