Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome attendees at entrances and communicate Ground Control’s presence and purpose.
  • •Follow the shift schedule, pump water at refill stations, and patrol event zones with assigned group mates.
  • •Operate a two-way radio and perform emergency medical calls; listen attentively and respond to specific requests.
  • •Assist distressed individuals and support headliners with directional assistance at entrance areas.
  • •Learn evacuation procedures and locate safe refuge locations prior to each show.

Salary: USD 17 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Customer service-related work experience is preferred.
  • •Experience using radios and the ability to work under pressure in stressful environments.
