Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand, document, and analyze current-state capabilities for one or more risk methods.
  • •Use industry benchmarking to identify best practices for components of the risk framework.
  • •Write and revise policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines; develop processes, tools, templates, and job aides for risk methods.
  • •Write, contribute to, edit, and deliver presentations that support the design, development, refinement, and usage of risk methods.
  • •Collaborate across multiple organizations (including risk management, compliance, IT, internal audit, and regulator relations) to achieve objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,500 - 184,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 3 years of financial services risk management experience.
  • •At least 5 years of project management experience.
  • •At least 7 years of experience partnering and interacting with internal business clients.
  • •PMP certification or a master’s certificate of project management (CPM), and ability to set direction and lead cross-functional teams in risk.
