Job Summary

Originates, develops and delivers high-end 3D creative design solutions for Sephora's Southeast Asia–Oceania retail projects. Leads store concepts and Visual Merchandising concepts, translating Sephora Brand DNA into design solutions, managing projects end-to-end, and collaborating with Store Designer, Retail Experience, Creative, Marketing and other teams to elevate in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver high-end creative 3D design solutions for Sephora’s SEAO retail projects from concept to execution.
•Develop new store concepts, encompassing store layouts, customer flow and spatial experiences in collaboration with Store Designer and Retail Visual Merchandising.
•Collaborate with Fixtures & Creative Visual Merchandising Designer to develop innovative Visual Merchandising concepts and brand-aligned product presentations.
•Produce advanced 3D renderings, virtual walk-throughs, and compelling presentations to communicate design intent and align stakeholders.
•Manage assigned design projects, timelines, and budgets, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Key Requirements

•4–6 years of experience in creative design, retail design, interior design, or architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D conceptualization and execution.
•Hands-on experience in leading and managing design projects from concept through to final creative delivery.
•High proficiency with 3D rendering software (3D Max) and CAD tools (AutoCAD), plus strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
•Excellent ability to translate brand DNA into innovative and practical 3D design solutions and communicate design intent clearly through renderings and presentations.
•Strong collaboration and project coordination skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage timelines and deliverables.
