Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development lifecycle of multiple agentic AI services from PoC to production operations.
  • •Own and evolve best practices and a framework for AI development (including narrow and GenAI) across development streams and teams.
  • •Define and drive infrastructure and solution architecture for AI applications, including production-quality AI service ownership.
  • •Build and productize big data pipelines for AI services, develop AI/ML models, and incorporate CI/CD and MLOps for deployment and serving.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and mentor junior colleagues to evolve their AI engineering skills.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or master's degree in machine learning, computer science, engineering, or related technical fields.
  • •Vast coding knowledge in at least one programming language such as Python or Java.
  • •Deep knowledge of distributed computing systems for big data engineering (e.g., Databricks, PySpark/Scala).
  • •Exceptional understanding of AI/ML concepts and agentic AI communication technologies (e.g., MCP, A2A).
  • •Strong experience with AI-native development and ML lifecycle tooling such as LLMOps/AgentOps (e.g., MLflow 3.0) and MLOps/CI/CD.
