Key Responsibilities

•Direct a group of skilled process engineers to fabricate advanced microelectronic devices on the foundry floor, aligning with technology roadmaps and production goals.
•Review process changes, identify and champion process improvement opportunities, improve process yields, and interface with operations management.
•Review and oversee project schedules and costs, drive capital acquisition and qualification, and execute process improvement and development activities for the foundry.
•Facilitate effective allocation of team resources to support oversight of foundry processes and communicate with functional teams; identify future capital investment needs.
•Collaborate with the department manager on manpower and resource planning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) field (advanced STEM degree may count for 3 years of experience)
•Ten or more years of relevant experience with semiconductor processing or process integration
•Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility
