Key Responsibilities

  • •Concept, define, and develop design for mechanical system parts, assemblies, installations, and design solutions for A/C derivatives programs using modern methods and tools.
  • •Establish design principles and key characteristics, including interfaces, interface points, materials, and manufacturing process definition.
  • •Support the complete aircraft product lifecycle through an end-to-end (E2E) design process using modern software or applications.
  • •Collaborate in the collaborative and concurrence process with industrial and production teams with a customer-oriented view.
  • •Coordinate interfaces with other engineering design offices (e.g., stress, analysis, loads, systems installation, armament, material & processes, aerodynamic, configuration design, ESI, structure design).

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
  • •Knowledge and experience in CATIA (CATIA V5 referenced).
  • •Experience defining mechanical system parts, assemblies, installations, and design solutions for aircraft derivatives.
  • •Ability to accept design delegation and work effectively in a team dynamic.
  • •Good English level; Spanish and French are a plus.
