Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and oversee the entire data centre and support other departments for smooth DC running.
  • •Manage and physically supervise maintenance for electrical systems (UPS, switchgear, generators), including during nighttime and public holidays.
  • •Prepare and manage maintenance documentation and schedules (MOP/SOP/EOPs, PM/PPM/PdM, calibration tracking/log updates, and capacity management reporting).
  • •Lead customer communications on DC operations, planned maintenance risks/impacts/mitigations, new customer installations, feasibility and RFIs, and change requests.
  • •Handle incidents and RCA follow-up, ensure access process adherence, conduct internal audits for processes and SLAs, and manage QHSE/toolbox training and work-completion validation.

Key Requirements

  • •In-depth knowledge of data centre operations and processes.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of hardware and software involved in server and network installation and troubleshooting across multiple vendors.
  • •Experience in incident management and RCA follow-up with vendors until rectification or approved change.
  • •Knowledge of data centre MEP infrastructure (power, cooling, facilities management) and security/data protection.
  • •Electrical or mechanical engineering degree, plus 10–15 years of customer, vendor, and contractor management experience.
