Job Summary

Lead end-to-end management of the company’s contracted engineering projects to achieve safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets. Coordinate with owners, general contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to keep work on track. Oversee installation and key project phases—from technical/commercial handover and site preparation through commissioning, start-up, completion acceptance, and final settlement—while resolving site issues and managing project risks.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct comprehensive project management for contracted engineering projects to achieve safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
•Participate in internal technical and commercial handover meetings and organize construction according to design drawings and contract requirements.
•Define project management targets and secure approvals from relevant leaders for safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
•Manage installation and oversee project activities across all phases, including pre-construction preparation, materials and subcontract procurement requests, installation management, commissioning, trial operation, completion acceptance, and final settlement.
•Coordinate and resolve issues during construction and maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, supervision/consulting parties, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above with a background in HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
•3+ years of experience managing HVAC engineering projects.
•Strong communication and coordination skills to handle stakeholder relationships and allocate resources appropriately.
•Comprehensive project management experience covering design, planning, contracts, tender procurement, construction coordination, and engineering cost management.
•Skills in risk identification and control, plus MEP engineering drawing interpretation, quantity takeoff, and CAD drafting ability; possess a Class 1 or Class 2 constructor license or international PMP project management qualification (bonus).
