Job Summary

Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle to deliver building materials without damage, while following company policies and federal/state regulations. Inspect trucks and trailers before use, load and unload materials at commercial and residential job sites, and deliver to assigned areas according to customer direction. Maintain required compliance records, report accidents, lift heavy materials, and provide world-class customer service with a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect truck/trailer for defects and operate the vehicle safely and efficiently in compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
•Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload products at commercial and residential job sites.
•Deliver materials to assigned areas as directed by customers while prioritizing personal safety and the safety of others.
•Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations and report all accidents involving driver or company equipment.
•Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude while lifting heavy materials and working in an outside environment.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL), with a minimum Class B license (Class A strongly preferred).
•Clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
•Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.
•Ability to lift heavy building materials (up to 80–100+ lbs.) for loading and unloading.
