Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead the Advisor Relations team, managing the travel-knowledge expert bench and programming at scale.
  • •Own the strategy and execution of advisor-retaining experiences, partnering with Advisor Events and Partner teams to refine goals, advisor fit, and investment allocation.
  • •Own Fora X recognition programs end-to-end, including operations, year-round experiences/events, and qualification criteria; collaborate with lifecycle marketing on recognition.
  • •Own Fora X advisor sentiment by leading response to issues, building cross-functional escalation processes, and creating resolution accountability across teams.
  • •Run the travel-knowledge bench as a service center to advise business partners on travel nuances and conference selection.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in travel, hospitality, membership, or premium member experience, including 3+ years at a senior/lead/director level owning a function or program end-to-end.
  • •Track record building high-performing programs from the ground up and explaining what you built, its scale, and outcomes.
  • •Demonstrated ability to link experiences to commercial outcomes, showing retention and growth impact.
  • •Track record scaling a high-touch program by building systems (segmentation, qualification, allocation, self-serve) that let a small team serve many without losing quality.
  • •Experience hiring, managing, and developing a team; managing a contractor or vendor bench is a plus.
