Key Responsibilities

  • •Solve complex technical issues linked to the in-service phase, including urgent topics from production teams and global airlines.
  • •Act as a content authority for compliance, ensuring Engine and Nacelle functional architecture aligns with engineering and airworthiness requirements.
  • •Bridge the gap between systems by understanding how engine mechanisms interface with core aircraft systems (hydraulic, fuel, bleed air, electrical generation).
  • •Drive cross-functional coordination with internal partners including Chief Engineers’ office, Flight Test, Customer Support, Powerplant Center of Competences, and Design Offices.
  • •Contribute to operational tasks and project management milestones supporting continuous product improvement and fleet reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate Engineer (or equivalent) in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering technical fields, ideally within complex propulsion or powerplant environments.
  • •Deep technical versatility across topics including aerodynamics, materials, electric power, mechanics, and manufacturing.
  • •A “Connector” mindset with collaboration, open-mindedness, customer focus, autonomy, and experience liaising with multiple high-level stakeholders.
  • •Fluency in English (negotiation level); French proficiency (intermediate level) is an advantage.
