Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide PM leadership for larger, more complex Power Generation projects, ensuring contributors know deliverables, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • •Lead development of project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
  • •Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost, and change management and control.
  • •Support technical aspects of contract negotiation, presentations, and meetings.
  • •Serve as the face of WSP for clients, providing regular reporting/updates, identifying scope/risk/budget issues, and developing mitigation strategies; mentor staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Project Management, or Construction Management) or equivalent experience in an A/E/C firm, utility, EPC, or power delivery consulting environment.
  • •12+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role in the industry.
  • •Highly proficient understanding of project delivery and experience managing projects through DBB, EPC, and PDB delivery models.
  • •Advanced analytical and organizational skills with business acumen to bridge business and project management.
  • •Advanced interpersonal, communication, and technical writing skills; proficiency with MS Office and PM tools.
