Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain restaurant and venue cleanliness, including table maintenance and opening/running/closing duties per service standards.
  • •Respond to guest inquiries and requests courteously and politely.
  • •Keep floors neat and clear by circulating throughout the shift and cleaning spills immediately using floor signs.
  • •Clean and maintain restrooms, service rooms, and storage areas; refill supplies and keep areas stocked and organized.
  • •Handle trash and recyclables (including sorting and compactor operation), maintain equipment and light bulbs, and report repairs and safety/fire hazards.

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training (or equivalent) certification.
  • •3+ years in cleaning services or related work.
  • •Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions.
