People Operations Manager

Own the operational backbone of the People function by running end-to-end HR processes from onboarding through offboarding. Manage and continuously improve HRIS and People systems (Rippling), ensure data accuracy, design scalable workflows, and partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and IT for payroll, benefits, compliance, and reporting. Serve as the primary employee point of contact, build People metrics dashboards, and lead People programs like reviews, engagement surveys, and compliance training.
