Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in tenders for general construction contracts with supplier, category, and country category leaders.
  • •Lead tenders for sub-contracts in assigned categories and evaluate change orders with should-cost teams to negotiate pricing.
  • •Coordinate and manage project change orders and ensure procurement coordination across all required categories.
  • •Publish timely reports with program managers on cost, schedule, and performance, and report major changes or initiatives affecting the project to the procurement team.
  • •Act as the single point of contact for procurement-related commercial items and ensure procurement performance exceeds expectations during the project performance phase.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
  • •PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
  • •Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong project management skills.
  • •Prior construction industry experience such as estimating, project engineering, or procurement.
  • •Proficient in MS Office, with strong analytical and prioritization skills.
