Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end strategy for global employee engagement surveys; analyze pulse data and partner with regional leadership to implement cultural improvements.
  • •Build, scale, and nurture a global network of Culture Champions to localize engagement aligned with company values.
  • •Architect a global blueprint for strategic company-wide events and celebrations tied to retention and team cohesion.
  • •Oversee day-to-day regional facilities operations, including space planning, health & safety compliance, and local vendor management.
  • •Manage the local operations budget and track expenses for office supplies, snacks, catering, and regional community events.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in workplace management, people operations, employee engagement, or corporate event strategy.
  • •Proven ability to interpret employee feedback data (eNPS, engagement metrics) and translate insights into workplace initiatives.
  • •Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills with a track record of building cross-functional communities across global regions.
  • •Strong organizational skills to balance strategic planning with hands-on logistics for office operations.
  • •Experience supporting cross-functional alignment with regional leads and people services teams (e.g., onboarding and company milestones).
