HR Business Partner Part-time

Support the HRBP Manager by coordinating HR programs, employee relations, and HR operations across the business. Help prepare HR reports and dashboards, analyze key HR metrics, and maintain accurate HR records. Assist with performance management, talent review coordination, learning and development activities, and onboarding support as needed. Partner with teams including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, and HR Operations to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR processes.
