Job Summary

Build client relationships by engaging individuals and small business customers in deeper conversations to understand financial needs and recommend solutions that support financial wellness. Work with the branch team to attract new clients and expand existing relationships, meet activity and outcome goals, open consumer and business accounts, and provide proactive calling. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures while supporting teller-line transactions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in person and over the phone to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
•Open personal and business accounts and help clients with deposit products, lending, home equity, and certificates of deposit.
•Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals through client conversations, preset appointments, and lead lists.
•Partner with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire new clients and deepen relationships, managing centers of influence.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documentation of client interactions, and support branch/teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience) and a minimum of 1 year of experience building customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
