Job Summary

Provide patient-centric, evidence-based nursing care in the Accident & Emergency unit while ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards. Deliver quality care with a multi-professional team, maintain patient safety by identifying and managing risks, and support positive patient experiences through a conducive environment. Actively supervise, mentor, and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence and strengthen the hospital’s learning culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide and coordinate patient-centric, evidence-based nursing care in compliance with ethical and professional standards.
•Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with a multi-professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
•Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies and procedures.
•Create an environment for positive patient experiences as guided by nursing leadership.
•Supervise, mentor, and coach learners and nursing employees to build competence and foster a learning environment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
•Valid BLS, ACLS and PALS certificates.
•At least two years of nursing experience in own country.
•Recent hospital Accident & Emergency experience (at least three years) is desired.
•Basic Arabic and strong verbal/written English communication, with computer literacy in MS Office.
