Join the Technology team in Dallas/Fort Worth to implement and support systems for mission-critical media production and enterprise IT. You’ll gather requirements and plan technical solutions for News, Production, and Creative Services partners; administer media production applications and infrastructure; maintain system documentation; handle incident response and technical support; and ensure compliance with NBCUniversal cyber security policies and standards. Required onsite full-time at an NBCUniversal work site.

•Gather requirements, plan, and implement technical and workflow solutions for News, Production, and Creative Services partners.
•Administer media production applications, systems, and infrastructure to ensure reliability of technology and operations.
•Develop and maintain system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes.
•Provide technical support, incident response, and customer communication.
•Ensure compliance with NBCUniversal cyber security policies and standards.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, radio/television & film, or equivalent experience.
•Willingness to work in Dallas/Fort Worth (just south of DFW airport) and be onsite full-time.
•Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours, including weekends with short notice.
•Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States and be 18 years or older.
