Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, support and coordinate project workflows to improve project efficiency.
  • •Plan and manage logistics for project meetings, customer visits, trainings, and project events.
  • •Ensure smooth execution of SCADA projects by managing projects as PM and ensuring processes are followed.
  • •Manage and update project plans, cash flow, and monthly budgets under governance guidance.
  • •Collaborate with other departments and vendors on project tasks; assist in handover and ensure completeness of back-up quotes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; B.Tech/ B.E preferably in CS/IT/Electrical/Electronics; MBA adds value.
  • •5-8 years of relevant experience as Co-ordinator/Project Engineer/Project Assistant/Cost Controller/Planner/Operations Executive in the software industry.
  • •Sound knowledge of MS Excel and ability to keep things organized to meet deadlines.
  • •Excellent communication skills in English and strong business acumen.
  • •Exposure to project environment; experience in SCADA/Automation/domain beneficial; utility industry/consultancy experience helpful.
