•Develop and execute a business development strategy for high-value end-user accounts and construction projects to maximize market share and profitability.
•Serve as point of contact for strategic national end-user accounts and construction projects, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
•Own growth of the anchors business within key user accounts and major projects by creating and implementing action plans to capture market share.
•Lead and mentor Anchor Specialists, fostering accountability, growth, and collaboration while aligning to strategic goals.
•Monitor and manage the national opportunity pipeline across multiple teams and track/report KPIs, pipeline health, ROI, and business impact to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com/CRM systems, plus strong relationship-building and analytical problem-solving skills.
