Support the Creator Strategy Team in driving affiliate growth and campaign efficiency. You’ll manage and optimize key affiliate resource slots, track performance data (click-throughs and conversions), and refine SOPs. Help execute strategic projects like ARPU growth, creator tier leveling, and merchant-creator matchmaking by providing weekly data analysis and cross-team coordination. Key Responsibilities

•Configure and maintain key affiliate resource slots (e.g., Creator EC Center, campaign landing pages, pop-ups/notifications) aligned with policies and campaign requirements.
•Track performance over time for resource slots and analyze click-throughs and conversions to propose optimizations and refine SOPs.
•Assist in execution of strategic projects including Top Creator ARPU growth, creator tier leveling, and merchant-creator matchmaking efficiency.
•Provide weekly support with basic data analysis, assist BD matchmaking lists, and coordinate across teams to meet project milestones.
•Support campaign execution by assisting campaign managers for mega-sale and special IP events, monitoring campaign data and feedback to identify issues and opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Marketing or a related discipline.
•Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) to draw actionable insights.
•Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate across functional teams.
•Detail-oriented with high attention to accuracy in resource configuration and data reporting.
•Ability to quickly learn e-commerce logic and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
