Key Responsibilities

  • •Take care of Satair’s global network and support IT Infrastructure projects.
  • •Create and maintain network documentation and coordinate troubleshooting with network support vendors.
  • •Handle daily Service Requests through the IT Service Management tool.
  • •Contribute to active initiatives including Cisco Meraki transition, FWaaS migration, and zero-trust network implementation.
  • •Participate in on-call duty in a 24/7 operating environment (about every 5th week after onboarding).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT Infrastructure role.
  • •Deep knowledge and experience with Cisco network ecosystem (Meraki is a plus).
  • •Hands-on experience with firewall technologies (Checkpoint is a plus) and proven track record of managing firewalls.
  • •Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • •Knowledge of ITIL framework, preferably certified in ITIL V4 Foundation, plus experience working with ITSM systems.
