•Take care of Satair’s global network and support IT Infrastructure projects.
•Create and maintain network documentation and coordinate troubleshooting with network support vendors.
•Handle daily Service Requests through the IT Service Management tool.
•Contribute to active initiatives including Cisco Meraki transition, FWaaS migration, and zero-trust network implementation.
•Participate in on-call duty in a 24/7 operating environment (about every 5th week after onboarding).

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT Infrastructure role.
•Deep knowledge and experience with Cisco network ecosystem (Meraki is a plus).

•Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
•Knowledge of ITIL framework, preferably certified in ITIL V4 Foundation, plus experience working with ITSM systems.
