Key Responsibilities

•Build an AI agent system for data center maintenance that learns from large, varied multimodal maintenance data.
•Enable end-to-end autonomous workflows from monitoring and diagnosis to automatic repair using multi-agent collaboration.
•Develop intelligent PUE optimization closed-loop control for HVAC and power systems using time-sequence prediction and reinforcement learning.
•Perform root cause analysis of heterogeneous monitoring data using large models for fault identification and knowledge building.
•Integrate hardware and AI operations to meet policy, platform, and industry tool constraints for implementation and adaptation.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Energy & Power, Materials, Refrigeration, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field.
•Strong problem analysis and solving skills with an innovative, rigorous mindset; ability to independently overcome technical difficulties.
•Ability to conduct independent theoretical and applied research.
•Familiarity with liquid cooling, thermal management, hydrophilic coatings, renewable energy, and energy storage; keeping up with cutting-edge industry technologies.
•Knowledge of LLM principles and technology ecosystems, including multi-modal content understanding and AI agent design concepts.
