Regional Support Manager

Support a regional portfolio of care homes by working with the Regional Director to improve operational performance and service quality. Coach and mentor Home Managers, help deliver strong leadership and excellent customer service, and partner with the Operational Quality team to analyse quality metrics. Lead audits and develop focused service improvement plans with clear actions, ownership, and timescales across multiple homes.
