Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational support and expertise to care homes across the region as part of the Regional Management Team.
  • •Work with the Regional Director to support care home managers in delivering excellent customer service and high quality standards.
  • •Coach, mentor, and support Home Managers in selected homes.
  • •Monitor service aspects using quality metrics analysis and conduct audits, liaising with the Operational Quality team.
  • •Partner with quality and Home Manager teams to create service improvement plans with actions, ownership, and timescales.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a Home Manager or Quality role.
  • •Registered Nurse with strong clinical knowledge.

  • •Experience coaching and supporting teams on clinical concerns, including analysing data for trends/themes.
