Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Serve as the primary client interface for a large mission-critical data center program, delivering value-added cost management to help ensure delivery on time and within budget. Build and maintain cost plans and estimates, produce monthly cost reporting and executive updates, validate cost inputs, and manage change control and cost variances. Lead procurement pricing reviews and negotiations, support cost risk analysis with scenario planning and contingency management, and mentor junior team members.
