Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a Partner on the service counters, using food knowledge to recommend recipes and build lasting customer relationships.
  • •Ensure food counter standards are consistently high for presentation and hygiene.
  • •Monitor and replenish stock levels so customers can find the products they love.
  • •Handle open food carefully and follow all health & safety protocols to reduce food wastage.
  • •Support the wider shop team with general shopkeeping tasks when required.
