Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain day-to-day planning, ordering, and expediting of raw materials and supplies, and communicate results to relevant departments.
  • •Schedule and maintain work center schedules to accommodate customer orders and share changes with departments and management.
  • •Input and track traveling requisitions and update/manage coating MRP as needed.
  • •Verify purchase orders are received, allocate part numbers and stock items, and evaluate/plan purchases and receipts for stock and non-stock items.
  • •Initiate supplier corrective action, communicate stock availability/lead time/expedites to Customer Service, and evaluate track and record OTIF information.

Key Requirements
