Job Summary

Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across Secret Media Network to drive efficiency, scalability, and performance. Standardize ways of working across North America, Europe, APAC, and Latam, identify bottlenecks, and translate them into scalable processes. Use AI automation and tooling to streamline manual work, partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams, and define KPIs to measure operational excellence.

•Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems; collaborate with Tech/Data teams.
•Define and track KPIs for operational efficiency and use data to drive improvement decisions.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM).
•5+ years of experience in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations, or production management.
•Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
•Comfortable working with data and defining KPIs to measure performance.
•Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable) and interest in leveraging AI tools; strong English communication.
