Job Summary

Lead a specific business segment to achieve market leadership through a clear segment vision, data-driven priorities, and strategic decisions informed by market and customer insights. Own P&L and resources allocation, shape value proposition and pricing, and drive go-to-market strategy across renewal and expansion. Partner closely with Product, Insurance, Sales, and Marketing in a distributed, transversal ownership model across multiple European locations.

•Develop expertise on the market and competitive landscape using quantitative sizing and qualitative customer insights.
•Define and refine value proposition and pricing to differentiate the offer in the segment.
•Own go-to-market strategy across renewal (account management) and expansion (business development), including distribution channels and partner management.
•Own segment P&L and build the case for internal resources allocation based on ROI.
•Collaborate with product teams on product trade-offs to build the best product based on market insights.
